Description
The mythical beast Qilin of China and Southeast Asia, a composite of animals, lion, dragon, horse, deer and with bird wings is presented here with a horn as a rhinoceros or a unicorn and bedecked in jewels. Cast bronze with gilding, possibly 19th century. Beautiful decoration.
