Description
Head of an animal (horse or a bovine) in a white-grey color, highly polished hardstone with a carved intaglio at the base. From unknown excavation place said to be in Asia Minor, today’s Turkey, and with artifacts that first appeared on the market in the late 1960’s this remarkably interesting and rare piece is fascinating and an excellent research object.
