Description
A well-cast Ancient Egyptian bronze figure of the god of Osiris, arguably the most important god of the ancient Egyptians as he represented his exclusive dominion in the Afterlife, Resurrection and the Fertility of the land. He was the father of Horus, god of the Heavens. This example dates from the Saitic Period, 6th century BC.
