A good bronze ax circa second millennium BC, from the area of the ancient Near East where the earliest Biblical Hebrews are known to have lived, very stylish shape, exhibited on plexiglass stand, said to be a gift of the Israeli General Moshe Dayan to an American friend. Great patina.
