Description
A masterfully sculpted carved wood bust on a man probably Caesar of the Republican Period or maybe an American Statesman who fancied himself as reflecting the values of the Ancient Greece. Excellent decoration for any man’s office.
Good condition, some surface restoration, usable, useful and visible size at 23” inches high. Light weight because the 200-year-old wood has lost a lot of water, rendering this bust light and easy to pick up.
