A finely painted Old Master portrait of Christ as Salvator Mundi attributed to Marco d’Oggiono, painted on canvas and cut to affix on cardboard and with punchwork on gilt ground to spell the initials IC XC (Jesus Christ) in Greek. Italian, 16th century.
