Rare battle ax or simply a dedicatory offering at a temple, this early 2nd millennium BC piece dates to the Biblical Period known as the Age of the Patriarchs. It is a great Judaica object as it directly refers to the earliest biblical references of the Hebrew Peoples. Provenance: from a well-known Israeli Collection. It is set on a museum quality stand.
